We want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes issues can occur.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
• Your item arrived damaged, or
• You received the wrong product.
If your order meets either of these criteria, please contact us within 7–10 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@thenoisymonkey.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo showing the damage or the incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
2. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Once we receive your return and confirm the issue, we’ll:
• Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Important Notes
• Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dislike of the product).
• All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We do not cover return shipping costs, unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For any returns over $50, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without a tracking method.
